Her background includes executive leadership roles as General Counsel and Privacy Officer in complex, highly regulated healthcare organizations, where she has helped build scalable governance frameworks, stand up high-performing cross-functional teams, improve operational infrastructure, and guide organizations through growth, transformation, and enterprise risk challenges. Her training includes both a legal background and executive business education, which informs her practical, business-centered approach to AI governance, privacy, data stewardship, and compliance-adjacent strategy.
